Thai-BISPA Day 2023 and 2023 AABI Summit and Awards Ceremony

Thai Business Incubators and Science Parks Association (Thai-BISPA), founded in January 2009, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of business incubators and science parks in Thailand. To strengthen the business incubation system and foster collaboration among players along the supply chain of entrepreneurial support in Thailand, Thai-BISPA organizes a conference gathering the global network of innovation ecosystem annually called Thai-BISPA Day of which this year’s title is “Low-Carbon Economy.” We expect the approximate number of audiences at 500 people total both online and offline.

2023 AABI Summit and Awards Ceremony will be co-hosted by AABI, Thai Business Incubators and Science Parks Association (Thai-BISPA), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) as a back-to-back event with Thai-BISPA Day on 31^st October 2023

Thai-BISPA Day 2023 and 2023 AABI Summit and Awards Ceremony will be virtually held in 2 languages (Thai and English). The event features prominent speakers from business incubators, science parks, entrepreneurs, academia, corporates, industries, investors, and government. They will address the magnificent strategies to support innovation-driven entrepreneurship at the national and global level.

Besides the knowledge and practice sharing session, we also provide opportunities for high-potential entrepreneurs to showcase their businesses through business matching at their booth exhibitions. This year, we leverage the strong support from local and international strategic partners namely the Asian Association of Business Incubators (AABI), ASEAN Business Incubator Network (ABINet), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thai Venture Capital Association (TVCA), Thai Business Angel Network (T-BAN), Thai Startup Trade Association, and many more.

Above and beyond, Thai-BISPA Awards and AABI Awards are given out annually in the categories of Incubator Award to honour business incubators with outstanding results in service excellence and best practices as well as Entrepreneur Awards to recognize the entrepreneurs in the incubation program who have high achievements in their business growth. The Thai-BISPA Award winners will be nominated to participate in the regional and global program afterwards.

Innovation management is the process of managing new ideas from concept to value creation. It includes the decisions, activities and practices of developing and implementing an innovation strategy. Both public and private organizations face the need to innovate faster and provide better values. Innovation is their sustainable growth engine by creating new business models and new products, services and technologies designed for potential growth.

Alliance of Innovation Managers, Thailand (AIMs) is a national community platform in efforts to promote and support technology transfer and innovation management system through partnership. It is a collaborative initiative from growing awareness across public and private sectors dedicated to serving the needs of professional development and networking opportunities.

AIMs Summit, the first gathering of innovation management communities and professionals in Thailand, will be held back-to-back with 2023 Thai-BISPA Day during 31^st October and 1^st November at Grand Ballroom, Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada, Thailand. It will be arranged bilingually to address local context and further strengthen our member network collaboration. The conference topic is “Fueling Innovation Excellence: The Human Factor.” The conference is strategically designed to provide valuable insights and gather feedback to optimize the framework of AIMs operations, driving the advancement of innovation management in Thailand. It stands as a crucial platform for the exchange of knowledge, the cultivation of dialogue, and the fine-tuning of strategies and best practices indispensable for driving Thailand’s innovation ecosystem towards greater heights. AIMs Summit will mark a strategic move of the community towards a strong and solid network of innovation management professionals. AIMs Summit represents a strategic leap forward for our community, as we work toward establishing a robust network of innovation management professionals.
